If you drive a Ford pickup truck and live near Omaha or Elkhorn, drop by Stereo West Autotoys and check out the Focal Ford-specific Enclosure. This subwoofer enclosure is designed to house a pair of 10-inch subwoofers and fit perfectly under the rear seat of late-model F-150 and Super Duty vehicles. Let’s look at the features of this subwoofer enclosure and why it’s a great solution for adding bass to your Ford truck.
Custom Built in the USA
The Flax Ford Dual 10 enclosure was conceived, designed and constructed right here in the USA. The enclosure measures 55 1/8 inches wide by 14 inches deep and stands 9 3/4 inches at the front. It’s finished in a black leatherette material and includes stitching that mimics the factory stitching on the rear leather seat. The top of the enclosure is finished in black carpet and is hidden by the rear seat cushions.
Focal has added Blackhole Stuff acoustically absorbent material to the inside of the enclosure to help cancel resonances for improved sound quality.
